We are now at a time in our life/relationship where we are ready to share what has been a very fulfilling, but sometimes lonely path that we have been on. After many years together without a lot of support, relying on each other constantly and trying to change the hand we were dealt; we have learned to accept any peace we can find.

This song is cathartic in a way, and by releasing it, we can start to put the past behind us.
